1. What is the model of cooperation between the different platforms? How many shares can I earn from these platforms?

Hi, we currently operate five platforms, namely NovelSago, Sago Novel, Novel Sky, LikeRead,  each platform's revenue share is as below, depending on which platform you contribute to, the revenue will vary. You can check the income details in the withdrawal system.

2. How can I set or change the PayPal account for receiving payments?

When the work passes the review, you can set up <Payment information> in the author platform after the signing process. If you have already filled out the payment information and need to change the account number, please contact our customer service.

3. How and when can cash be withdrawn?

Hello, the platform will pay out the author's income on the 15th of next month. Authors can withdraw their balances during the 15th and 25th of each month. It is estimated that the withdrawal amount will arrive at the beginning of the following month. For weekends and public holidays, processing will be delayed.

4. How can I check how much revenue I have gained?

Hello, you can check your earnings on the homepage of the author platform or through withdrawal management

5. Why does the income of the data center differ from the withdrawal management?

Hello, you can view the estimated revenue for each day, or the estimated revenue for a particular period in the data center. Withdrawal management settlements are settled monthly and deductions are made based on the tax rate when withdrawals are made. This includes activity rewards and retroactive rewards, which can also affect withdrawals' income.

6. How is the transaction fees/tax calculated?

Hello, currently the platform will deduct 6% transaction fees/tax on earnings when settling withdrawals

7. What is the amount of retroactive payment?

Retrospective payment is a reimbursement money that the platform gives back to a specific author.

◆ Questions about activity rewards

1.Does the platform have any special or activity reward policy?

You can consult Facebook's online customer service about activity rewards on the platform.

2. How can activity rewards be viewed and issued?

This amount will be issued together with your cash withdrawal amount if you receive the activity reward! You can see it on the settlement page.

◆ Work-related problems

1. Why hasn't my work been reviewed?

Once the work is submitted, it will normally be reviewed within five working days. The reasons for the delay in the review may include: 

1) The number of chapters <10, which will affect the review and signing of the work (you can check the number of chapters of your work in <works management>). 

2) The review will be delayed on weekends and public holidays.

3) The review will be delayed due to platform maintenance.

2. What should I do after I have completed my work?

Once the work is finished, please contact customer service to request a status change.
